If the trip you want is booked
solid, you can ask to be on our waiting list. If any cancellations occur
before the trip deadline, and you are next on our list, then you
are more than welcome to join the IHB group.
In case you need time to pay
the full trip cost or aren't really sure you want to go, you can place a
reservation with a deposit of $350 and be assured of a spot on the trip.
Reservations must be paid up in full, or canceled, at least 15 days before your trip deadline (above), or you
will lose your reservation and your deposit will not be returned to you.
If you cancel at least 15 days prior to the trip deadline (above), no cancellation fees apply and your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip deadline, you will lose your $350 reservation deposit. If you cancel after the trip deadline, your trip cost will not be refunded.
To travel with I Heart Backpackers you must have passport that is valid at least 6 months after the end of your trip. You are also responsible for any other documentation necessary for your tour through Europe. We are not
responsible for trip cancellation if you provide false identification and documentation.
Remember, you must be a US citizen and between 18 and 26 years of
age to participate in our tours.
You may not want to do any of the typical tourist things, but do remember that regardless, you ARE a tourist. Be responsible for your actions, be aware of the laws and etiquette of the country you are touring, and be proud to be a representative of your nation.
